For all the other prospective adoptive parents; for the graphics I used www.dryicons.com. As long as you are not using the graphics for commercial purposes, they are all free. They have a wide variety of graphics for you to choose from. I used both Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to construct the letter, but I was told Design is actually a better program.
